July 27,2007                Noice of 1^st AGM alongwith Audited Fianacial Statements were sent all the members.

Aug’ 12,2007               The 1^st AGM of the Society was held and 85 members attended the meeting.

Aug’16,2007                The copies of minutes and the resolution passed in the 1^st AGM of the Society was circulated to all the members.

Aug’16 2007                A letter was sent to all the members stating non-involvement of the Managing Committee of  Society in the activities of Unnathi Garden’s Cultural Association. Members were requested to join or

                                    contribute on their decision and understanding

Aug’16 2007                The Societies, HELX and OLIVIA were informed of the decision of the Managing Committee of not recognizing the Unnathi Gardens Cultural Association. It was informed that any decision to celebrate any festival together is to be taken by the Official Committee of the three societies.
